Hot House Jazz Group, led by Michael-Louis Smith, has been performing at clubs, festivals, colleges and other venues in the New York/New England area for seven years and is considered to be one of the hottest regional touring jazz acts on the scene today.

Based in NYC, the most recent incarnation of Hot House has been together for over two years and features founding members Michael- Louis Smith on guitar and Diallo House on upright bass, along with Stacy Dillard on saxophone and Ismail Lawal on drums.

This young straight-ahead jazz group has just recently completed their second independently released recording of original compositions “Live Bait”, a follow up to the very well received “Hot House Quartet".
